Harlan Ross Pianos has been offering quality piano tuning services since 1978. We are old school piano tuners and have been taught the technique of setting the "tuning pin " which gives a stable tuning. If you have a piano that doesn't hold a tune ( referring to pin torque), I won't attempt to tune it and waste my time and your money. I will suggest realistic, efficient approaches to the problem and advise you appropriately to solve your concerns.
Over the years I have been an independent Technician, that has serviced clients for Steinway and Sons. 11 years I was a concert tuner for Yale University ( Summer concert series, Norfolk Ct.) Tanglewood ( BSO)
